A |     डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने प्रधानमंत्री रेहड़ी-पटरीवालों की आत्मनिर्भर निधि (पीएम स्वनिधि) योजना के पुनर्गठन और इसे 31 मार्च, 2030 तक बढ़ाने को मंजूरी दी है। इसमें कुल व्यय 7,332 करोड़ रुपये रखा गया है। इसमें 1.15 करोड़ लाभार्थियों को लाभ पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है, जिसमें 50 लाख नए लाभार्थी शामिल हैं। योजना के कार्यान्वयन की जिम्मेदारी आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय और वित्तीय सेवाओं के विभाग (डीएफएस) की होगी, जिसमें डीएफएस बैंकों, वित्तीय संस्थानों और उनके ग्राउंड-लेवल कार्यकर्ताओं के माध्यम से क्रेडिट कार्ड तक पहुंच को सुगम बनाने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।,प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया। आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया है कि पहले किस्त का ऋण सीमा 10,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 15,000 रुपये कर दी गई है और दूसरी किस्त की सीमा 20,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 25,000 रुपये कर दी गई है, जबकि तीसरी किस्त 50,000 रुपये पर बनी रहेगी। जो रेहड़ी-पटरीवाले समय पर अपनी दूसरी किस्त का ऋण चुकाएंगे, उन्हें आपातकालीन व्यवसाय और व्यक्तिगत जरूरतों के लिए यूपीआइ से जुड़े रुपे क्रेडिट कार्ड के लिए पात्रता मिलेगी।,खुदरा और थोक लेनदेन पर डिजिटल भुगतान करने वाले रेहड़ी-पटरीवालों को 1,600 रुपये तक के प्रोत्साहन भी दिए जाएंगे। पहले 31 दिसंबर, 2024 तक मान्य रहनेवाली पुनर्गठित योजना का उद्देश्य 1.15 करोड़ लाभार्थियों को लाभ पहुंचाना है, जिसमें 50 लाख नए स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स शामिल हैं।,योजना का कार्यान्वयन आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय और वित्तीय सेवाओं के विभाग की संयुक्त जिम्मेदारी होगी। पीएम स्वनिधि योजना ने पहले ही महत्वपूर्ण मील के पत्थर हासिल कर लिए हैं। 30 जुलाई तक 96 लाख से अधिक ऋण, जिनकी कुल राशि 13,797 करोड़ रुपये है, 68 लाख से अधिक रेहड़ी-पटरीवालों को वितरित किए जा चुके हैं। बयान में कहा गया है कि योजना का विस्तार रेहड़ी-पटरी वालों के समग्र विकास की दृष्टि से किया गया है। इससे व्यवसाय विस्तार के लिए वित्त का एक विश्वसनीय स्त्रोत उपलब्ध कराया जा सके और सतत विकास के अवसर प्रदान किए जा सकें।,यह न केवल रेहड़ी-पटरीवालों को सशक्त बनाएगा, बल्कि समावेशी आर्थिक विकास, रेहड़ी-पटरीवालों और उनके परिवारों का सामाजिक-आर्थिक उत्थान, उनकी आजीविका को बढ़ाने और अंतत: शहरी क्षेत्रों को एक जीवंत, आत्मनिर्भर पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र में बदलने में भी मदद करेगा।,(समाचार एजेंसी PTI के इनुपट के साथ)。    The road to release for Vaa Vaathiyaar has taken yet another unexpected turn. The Madras High Court has now ordered that the film cannot be screened in any capacity until producer KE Gnanavel Raja settles a significant financial obligation linked to an older dispute. This ruling arrives at a crucial moment, as the makers were preparing for a December 12 release and building momentum with new promotional material.The legal action was initiated by petitioner Arjunlal Sundardas, whose claim was presented through the Official Assignee of the High Court. The petition requests repayment of an amount that totals more than twenty-one crore rupees. The court has made it clear that the release of Vaa Vaathiyaar will remain frozen until the full sum is repaid.This latest development follows earlier indications of financial strain around the project, and it adds to the series of delays that have kept the film from reaching audiences. With fan excitement rising after the trailer launch and cast promotions, the stay order has generated fresh waves of uncertainty in the trade.          A promising entertainer caught in a legal storm     Directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, Vaa Vaathiyaar has been positioned as a return to form for the filmmaker, whose first two features Soodhu Kavvum and Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum earned both critical acclaim and strong audience affection. His third feature promises an energetic blend of action and quirky storytelling, with Karthi leading a star packed ensemble.The cast includes Krithi Shetty, Sathyaraj, Rajkiran, Anandaraj, Shilpa Manjunath, Karunakaran, GM Sundar, Ramesh Thilak, PL Thenappan, Vidhya Borgia, Nivas Adthitan, and Madhur Mittal, among many others.
